Welcome to WebbyTemplate. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the WebbyTemplate website, marketplace, digital products, related services, content, and features.

By accessing or using WebbyTemplate, creating an account, making a purchase, applying as an author, submitting content, posting a review, or requesting partner, freelancer, agency, or service-provider introductions, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or its services.

1. About WebbyTemplate

WebbyTemplate is operated by WEBBYCROWN SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, with its registered office at:

WebbyTemplate is a digital marketplace where buyers can discover and purchase digital products, and approved authors can submit and sell digital products through the platform.

WebbyTemplate may also collect service-related inquiries from users and introduce those users to third-party partners, freelancers, agencies, or service providers. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, WebbyTemplate acts only as an introducing platform for such introductions.

2. Eligibility

You may browse the website without creating an account. However, by creating an account, placing an order, applying as an author, submitting content, posting reviews, or requesting partner, freelancer, agency, or service-provider introductions, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

WebbyTemplate does not currently require date-of-birth collection during registration. However, by using any account-based, transaction-based, submission-based, or service-request feature, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the website, including visitors, buyers, account holders, authors, reviewers, and users who submit partner, freelancer, agency, or service-provider inquiries.

Your continued use of WebbyTemplate after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Accounts and Registration

Certain features of the website require an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your details updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, misuse, or a security issue related to your account, you must notify WebbyTemplate immediately.

WebbyTemplate may restrict, suspend, verify, or terminate accounts that:

contain false, incomplete, or misleading information;
violate these Terms or other platform policies;
are associated with fraud, abuse, infringement, or unlawful activity;
create operational, legal, or security risks for the platform.

A user may not maintain multiple active accounts for deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

5. Marketplace Role

WebbyTemplate operates as a marketplace platform for digital products. Products may be listed by WebbyTemplate or by approved third-party authors.

WebbyTemplate reviews products before approval and publication. However, review and approval do not constitute a warranty, guarantee, certification, or representation that any product is suitable for your particular use, compatible with your environment, legally compliant in every jurisdiction, or free from all defects.

WebbyTemplate reserves the right to reject, suspend, remove, edit, or disable any product, listing, account, review, or submission at its discretion for legal, policy, quality, operational, technical, security, or marketplace reasons.

6. Product Listings and Availability

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, previews, images, features, specifications, and pricing are presented as accurately as possible. However, WebbyTemplate does not warrant that every listing will always be error-free, complete, or perfectly representative of every possible use case.

All products are subject to availability. WebbyTemplate may change, update, suspend, or discontinue any product, feature, listing, or category at any time.

7. Orders, Pricing, Payments, Taxes, and Invoices

All prices on WebbyTemplate are listed and processed in USD unless otherwise expressly stated.

By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable charges shown at checkout, including the product price and any taxes, fees, or charges that may apply based on your billing details, payment method, or applicable law.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase, you also agree to comply with the applicable terms and policies of the payment provider used for that transaction.

WebbyTemplate reserves the right to reject, cancel, hold, or limit any order in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or technical errors, payment issues, legal restrictions, policy violations, chargeback risks, or operational concerns.

Where applicable, a digital invoice, receipt, or order confirmation may be provided after payment.

8. Digital Products, License, Downloads, Updates, and Support

When you purchase a digital product from WebbyTemplate, you are purchasing a limited license to use that product in accordance with these Terms, the applicable product page, and any product-specific license terms published on the website. You do not obtain ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or in a separate license policy:

your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the product for its intended permitted use;
you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, publish, repackage, or transfer the product as your own;
you may not claim authorship or ownership of the product;
you may not use the product in any unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or prohibited manner.

8.1 Download Access

Purchased digital products will remain available for download in your account for 1 year from the date of purchase, unless removed earlier for legal, policy, or technical reasons.

After this 1-year period, continued download access may require a new purchase.

You are responsible for downloading and securely storing your purchased files promptly after purchase.

8.2 Updates

Where product updates are made available through the platform, update access is available for 1 year from the purchase date, unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.

After that period, access to future updates may require a new purchase.

8.3 Continued Use

If you have already downloaded the product during your valid access period, you may continue using that downloaded version in accordance with the applicable license terms. The end of the 1-year access period does not automatically terminate your existing permitted use of the version you already downloaded.

8.4 Support

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, each purchase includes 6 months of normal support provided by the author of the product.

Normal support generally includes reasonable assistance related to the original product’s intended use, clarification of included features, and bug-related guidance. It does not automatically include custom development, advanced consulting, installation services, third-party troubleshooting, design changes, or customization work unless expressly stated.

Authors are expected to provide support within a reasonable time. WebbyTemplate may review support-related complaints and may assist at its discretion, but does not guarantee a particular support outcome in every case.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally treated as final unless a refund is permitted under WebbyTemplate’s applicable refund rules.

Refund requests may be considered only in limited cases, including but not limited to:

duplicate payment or duplicate purchase;
non-delivery of the purchased product;
corrupted, defective, or unusable files;
a product that is materially not as described;
unauthorized or fraudulent transactions;
promised support not provided, where applicable under the Refund Policy.

Refund requests must generally be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.

To request a refund, the customer may be required to provide:

order details;
a clear explanation of the issue;
screenshots, file evidence, or other supporting information where relevant;

Refund approval is subject to review and verification by WebbyTemplate. Refund misuse, abusive refund patterns, deceptive claims, or policy abuse may result in refund denial and/or account action.

Refund reviews are generally completed within a reasonable period, but timing may vary depending on the issue and evidence provided.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, WebbyTemplate may review the relevant order, communications, files, product access records, and other relevant information.

WebbyTemplate may suspend access to disputed transactions, hold or reverse related author earnings, and take other reasonable actions while the dispute is under review.

Abusive, fraudulent, or repeated chargebacks may result in account restriction, suspension, or termination.

11. Partner & Service Provider Introductions

WebbyTemplate may allow users to submit inquiries for service-based work. In such cases, WebbyTemplate may collect the inquiry and may introduce the user to a third-party partner, freelancer, agency, or service provider.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:

WebbyTemplate is not the service provider;
WebbyTemplate is not a party to the final service contract;
final pricing, scope, timeline, deliverables, support, warranties, payments, and dispute handling are determined between the customer and the selected partner, freelancer, agency, or service provider;
WebbyTemplate does not guarantee that any partner, freelancer, agency, or service provider will accept, complete, or successfully deliver the requested work.

Any separate proposal, statement of work, invoice, contract, or service agreement issued by the selected provider will govern the actual service relationship.

12. Author Accounts and Author Payouts

WebbyTemplate may allow eligible users to apply as authors and submit digital products for review and sale through the marketplace.

By applying as an author or submitting products, you represent and warrant that:

your submissions are original or properly licensed;
you have all rights necessary to sell, license, and distribute the content;
your submissions do not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
your content complies with applicable law and platform policies.

All author submissions are subject to review and approval before publication.

12.1 Revenue Share

WebbyTemplate deducts a 30% platform fee from each eligible order, and the author receives 70% of eligible earnings, subject to refunds, reversals, chargebacks, fraud review, taxes, payout provider fees, legal obligations, policy enforcement, and other applicable adjustments.

12.2 Payout Threshold and Methods

Authors may request withdrawal once available earnings reach a minimum of $100 USD.

Supported payout methods currently include:

PayPal
Bank Transfer

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within several business days or as shown in the Author Dashboard. Processing times may vary depending on payout method, country, verification status, payout provider availability, compliance review, bank processing times, holidays, or operational requirements.

12.3 Verification and Compliance

WebbyTemplate may require identity verification, payout account verification, tax-related information, or other supporting documents before approving or processing author payouts.

WebbyTemplate may delay, hold, reject, reverse, or offset payouts in cases involving refunds, chargebacks, fraud review, policy violations, intellectual property disputes, legal or tax compliance requirements, payout errors, or account irregularities.

Authors are solely responsible for their own tax reporting, legal compliance, bank or payout accuracy, and any fees imposed by financial institutions or payout providers.

13. Reviews, Ratings, and User Content

Users may be permitted to post reviews, ratings, feedback, or other content through the website.

By submitting such content, you grant WebbyTemplate a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, publish, and distribute that content in connection with the website and its services.

You agree not to submit any content that is false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, unlawful, infringing, spam-like, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate.

WebbyTemplate may review, edit, reject, remove, restrict, or disable user-generated content at its discretion.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, platform elements, software, interface components, graphics, text, logos, and other materials on WebbyTemplate, excluding properly submitted third-party product content where rights remain with the relevant author, are owned by or licensed to WebbyTemplate and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, mirror, modify, distribute, exploit, or create derivative works from any part of the website or its content without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted under these Terms.

If you believe that any content on WebbyTemplate infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a complaint to [email protected] with sufficient details for review.

WebbyTemplate may remove disputed content, suspend related accounts, request additional information, or take any other action it considers appropriate.

15. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes;
infringe the rights of WebbyTemplate, authors, users, or third parties;
upload malicious code, harmful files, or disruptive content;
interfere with the operation, performance, or security of the website;
use scraping tools, bots, or unauthorized automation to access content or data;
impersonate any person or entity;
manipulate reviews, ratings, rankings, or marketplace activity;
post stolen, unauthorized, misleading, or policy-violating submissions;
misuse refund systems, chargeback systems, or support channels.

16. Suspension, Restriction, and Termination

WebbyTemplate may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate access to any account, order, listing, review, submission, or service feature where it reasonably believes there has been:

a breach of these Terms;
fraud or suspected fraud;
infringement of intellectual property or other rights;
abuse of the platform or other users;
payment irregularity or chargeback risk;
legal or compliance concerns;
harm to the platform, marketplace, or community.

Termination or suspension does not waive any rights or remedies available to WebbyTemplate.

17. Account Deletion and Retained Records

Users may request account deletion in accordance with applicable platform processes.

Deletion of an account may result in loss of access to account data, purchase history, saved items, and account-based features. Users are responsible for downloading purchased files during the valid access period and for retaining their own copies where permitted.

Even where an account is deleted, WebbyTemplate may retain certain information, records, transaction data, communications, payout records, dispute records, tax-related records, or security logs where necessary for legal, regulatory, operational, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

18. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may include links to third-party websites, payment gateways, tools, content sources, integrations, or service providers. WebbyTemplate is not responsible for the content, practices, terms, privacy policies, or conduct of any third party.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms and policies imposed by those third parties.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

WebbyTemplate and its marketplace, products, content, and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebbyTemplate disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, accuracy, reliability, and availability.

WebbyTemplate does not guarantee that the website will always be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WEBBYCROWN SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, WebbyTemplate, and their directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, partners, freelancers, agencies, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the website, products, marketplace activity, partner, freelancer, agency, or service-provider introductions, or related services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of WebbyTemplate in connection with any claim arising out of or related to the website, a purchase, or your use of the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to WebbyTemplate for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

21. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WEBBYCROWN SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, WebbyTemplate, and their directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

your misuse of the website;
your infringement of any third-party rights;
your content, submissions, reviews, listings, or conduct;
your disputes with authors, customers, partners, freelancers, agencies, service providers, or other users.

22. Privacy

Your use of the website is also subject to the WebbyTemplate Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and shared.

By using the website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

23. Force Majeure

WebbyTemplate shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, failure, or inability to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, labor disputes, internet or utility failures, security incidents, government actions, payment system failures, or technical outages affecting the website or related services.

24. Severability
