Effective Date: 20 May 2026
Last Updated: 20 May 2026
This Partner & Service Provider Introduction Policy explains how WebbyTemplate may suggest or introduce customers to third-party partners, freelancers, agencies, or service providers for custom design, development, setup, customization, implementation, migration, or other service-related requirements.
This policy applies to customers, buyers, users, partners, freelancers, agencies, service providers, authors, and anyone who participates in or requests a partner or service-provider introduction through WebbyTemplate.
This policy should be read together with WebbyTemplate's Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Support Policy, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Help Center articles, and any other applicable WebbyTemplate policies.
By requesting a partner or service-provider introduction, submitting project requirements, contacting a suggested partner, freelancer, agency, or service provider, or working with a provider introduced by WebbyTemplate, you agree to this Partner & Service Provider Introduction Policy.
1. Overview
WebbyTemplate is primarily a digital product marketplace.
Customers may sometimes need additional help beyond normal product support, such as:
- custom website design;
- custom development;
- template customization;
- installation or setup;
- migration;
- branding;
- content setup;
- UI/UX customization;
- plugin or third-party integration;
- performance optimization;
- ecommerce setup;
- business-specific implementation;
- other professional services.
These services are not automatically included with a WebbyTemplate product purchase unless clearly stated on the product page, invoice, service agreement, or written communication from WebbyTemplate.
Where appropriate, WebbyTemplate may suggest or introduce a customer to a third-party partner, freelancer, agency, or service provider based on the customer’s requirements.
2. Nature of the Introduction
WebbyTemplate may introduce or suggest a partner, freelancer, agency, or service provider to help a customer with service-related requirements.
This introduction may be based on:
- customer project requirements;
- product type;
- technology or platform;
- budget range;
- timeline;
- provider availability;
- location or time zone;
- project complexity;
- provider experience;
- marketplace suitability;
- other relevant factors.
A partner or service-provider introduction does not guarantee that the provider will accept the project, provide a quote, meet the customer’s budget, meet the customer’s timeline, or complete the work.
WebbyTemplate may choose whether or not to provide a partner or service-provider suggestion for any request.
3. Partners and Service Providers Are Independent Third Parties
Partners, freelancers, agencies, and service providers are independent third-party providers.
Unless WebbyTemplate clearly states otherwise in writing:
- partners, freelancers, agencies, and service providers are not employees of WebbyTemplate;
- partners, freelancers, agencies, and service providers are not agents of WebbyTemplate;
- partners, freelancers, agencies, and service providers are not official representatives of WebbyTemplate;
- partners, freelancers, agencies, and service providers do not have authority to bind WebbyTemplate;
- partners, freelancers, agencies, and service providers are responsible for their own service work, pricing, contracts, timelines, warranties, and customer communication.
A customer's decision to work with a partner, freelancer, agency, or service provider is a separate arrangement between the customer and that provider.
4. WebbyTemplate's Role
WebbyTemplate's role is generally limited to suggesting or introducing a possible partner, freelancer, agency, or service provider based on the information provided by the customer.
WebbyTemplate may:
- collect customer project requirements;
- review the type of help requested;
- suggest a suitable provider where available;
- share relevant project details with a potential provider;
- help initiate communication;
- provide general marketplace guidance;
- review complaints or feedback where appropriate;
- update internal partner records for quality and trust.
Unless separately agreed in writing, WebbyTemplate does not directly provide the partner, freelancer, agency, or service provider's services.
5. Services Not Included in Normal Product Support
Normal product support is different from custom service work.
A WebbyTemplate product purchase may include 6 months of normal author support, but normal support does not automatically include:
- custom development;
- custom design changes;
- full website setup;
- installation service unless included;
- migration;
- content entry;
- branding;
- SEO service;
- speed optimization;
- third-party integration;
- advanced consulting;
- business-specific customization;
- ongoing maintenance;
- custom feature development.
Customers who need these services may choose to contact a suggested partner, freelancer, agency, or service provider or arrange service work separately.
6. Customer Requirements
To suggest a suitable partner, freelancer, agency, or service provider, WebbyTemplate may ask customers to provide project information such as:
- name;
- email address;
- phone number or preferred contact method;
- company or business name;
- project type;
- website URL, if any;
- purchased product details, if relevant;
- required service;
- platform or technology;
- budget range;
- timeline;
- project goals;
- customization requirements;
- design or development requirements;
- attachments, screenshots, documents, or reference links;
- other information needed to understand the request.
Customers should provide accurate and complete information.
Incomplete or unclear requirements may delay the introduction process or make it harder to suggest a suitable provider.
7. Sharing Customer Details With Partners and Service Providers
WebbyTemplate may share relevant customer details and project requirements with a suitable partner, freelancer, agency, or service provider for introduction purposes.
This may include:
- customer name;
- contact details;
- project description;
- budget or timeline information;
- product or platform information;
- attached project materials;
- other information needed for the provider to understand the request.
WebbyTemplate will handle personal information according to its Privacy Policy.
Customers should not submit sensitive personal information, passwords, payment card details, private credentials, or confidential business information unless it is necessary and shared through an appropriate secure method.
8. Partner / Service Provider Selection
WebbyTemplate may decide, at its discretion, whether to suggest a partner, freelancer, agency, or service provider.
WebbyTemplate is not required to:
- provide a partner, freelancer, agency, or service provider for every request;
- provide multiple provider options;
- guarantee provider availability;
- guarantee provider acceptance;
- guarantee that a provider will respond;
- guarantee a specific quote, budget, or timeline;
- guarantee that a suggested provider will be suitable for every customer need.
WebbyTemplate may also change, remove, suspend, or stop working with any partner, freelancer, agency, or service provider at any time.
9. Quotes, Scope, and Agreements
Any final quote, project scope, timeline, deliverables, revision terms, warranty, payment schedule, service agreement, or contract should be agreed directly between the customer and the selected partner, freelancer, agency, or service provider.
Customers should carefully review the provider's proposal before accepting it.
A service agreement may include:
- project scope;
- deliverables;
- price;
- payment terms;
- timeline;
- revision limits;
- communication process;
- support or maintenance terms;
- cancellation rules;
- refund rules;
- ownership and handover terms;
- confidentiality terms;
- third-party costs.
WebbyTemplate is not responsible for the terms of any separate agreement between the customer and the partner, freelancer, agency, or service provider unless WebbyTemplate separately agrees in writing.
10. Payments for Partner or Service Provider Services
Unless WebbyTemplate separately provides an official payment flow or written arrangement, payments for partner or service-provider services are handled directly between the customer and the provider.
WebbyTemplate is not responsible for:
- provider invoices;
- provider payment collection;
- provider refund decisions;
- provider payment disputes;
- provider tax obligations;
- provider service pricing;
- provider payment schedules;
- provider cancellation fees;
- payment methods used between customer and provider.
Customers should confirm all payment terms with the provider before making any payment.
11. Delivery, Timeline, and Service Quality
Partners, freelancers, agencies, and service providers are responsible for their own service delivery.
Unless WebbyTemplate separately agrees in writing, WebbyTemplate does not guarantee:
- service quality;
- project completion;
- delivery timeline;
- provider availability;
- technical outcome;
- design outcome;
- business results;
- compatibility with every tool or platform;
- acceptance of the project by the provider;
- customer satisfaction with the provider’s work.
Customers should discuss expectations, milestones, approvals, and final delivery terms directly with the provider.
12. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- providing accurate project requirements;
- reviewing provider proposals carefully;
- confirming project scope before work begins;
- understanding payment terms;
- checking delivery timelines;
- providing required materials on time;
- reviewing work before approval;
- keeping backups of their website, files, content, and data;
- confirming third-party costs, licenses, hosting, plugins, or tools;
- ensuring they have the right to share any materials given to the provider;
- resolving project-specific questions directly with the provider.
Customers should not rely only on a brief introduction message. A clear written agreement with the provider is strongly recommended.
13. Partner / Service Provider Responsibilities
Partners, freelancers, agencies, and service providers are responsible for:
- communicating honestly with customers;
- providing accurate quotes and timelines;
- explaining project scope clearly;
- delivering agreed services professionally;
- respecting customer confidentiality;
- handling customer data responsibly;
- following applicable laws;
- following their own tax and business obligations;
- using properly licensed tools, assets, plugins, fonts, images, or code;
- avoiding misleading claims;
- not claiming to be WebbyTemplate unless authorized;
- not misusing customer information;
- not spamming customers;
- not requesting unnecessary sensitive information.
Partners, freelancers, agencies, and service providers must not misrepresent their relationship with WebbyTemplate.
14. No Guarantee of Results
WebbyTemplate may try to suggest a suitable partner, freelancer, agency, or service provider, but WebbyTemplate does not guarantee any specific result.
WebbyTemplate does not guarantee that:
- a partner, freelancer, agency, or service provider will accept the project;
- the provider will respond within a specific time;
- the provider will meet the customer's budget;
- the provider will meet the customer's timeline;
- the provider will provide a specific quote;
- the customer and provider will agree on scope;
- the project will be completed successfully;
- the customer will be satisfied with the provider's work;
- the provider's work will produce specific business, traffic, sales, ranking, or revenue results.
Customers should make their own decision before working with any provider.
15. Disputes Between Customer and Partner / Service Provider
Disputes about partner or service-provider services should generally be handled directly between the customer and the provider.
This may include disputes about:
- project scope;
- payment;
- refund;
- timeline;
- revisions;
- quality;
- delivery;
- communication;
- cancellation;
- warranty;
- ownership;
- handover;
- third-party costs.
WebbyTemplate may review feedback or complaints about a partner, freelancer, agency, or service provider where appropriate, but WebbyTemplate is not required to resolve every dispute or refund service payments unless WebbyTemplate separately handled the service transaction or agreed otherwise in writing.
16. Complaints About Partners or Service Providers
Customers may report serious concerns about a partner, freelancer, agency, or service provider to WebbyTemplate.
Reports may include:
- misleading claims;
- non-response;
- poor communication;
- suspected fraud;
- misuse of customer information;
- unsafe requests;
- impersonation;
- repeated complaints;
- serious service concerns;
- policy violations.

Please include relevant details such as:
- provider name;
- project summary;
- communication records;
- invoice or payment details, if relevant;
- screenshots;
- timeline of events;
- explanation of the issue.
WebbyTemplate may review the complaint and may take action related to the provider's future participation in the partner program.
17. WebbyTemplate Action Against Partners or Service Providers
If WebbyTemplate receives serious or repeated complaints about a partner, freelancer, agency, or service provider, WebbyTemplate may take action, including:
- warning the provider;
- requesting clarification;
- pausing introductions;
- removing the provider from suggested partner lists;
- blocking future participation;
- reporting unlawful activity where appropriate;
- taking other reasonable action.
WebbyTemplate may take action based on marketplace trust, customer feedback, legal concerns, or business requirements.
18. Refunds for Partner or Service Provider Services
Refunds for partner or service-provider services are generally handled according to the agreement between the customer and the provider.
WebbyTemplate's marketplace Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly on WebbyTemplate, such as digital product purchases, unless WebbyTemplate separately states that it applies to a specific service transaction.
If the customer pays the provider directly, refund requests for that service should be directed to the provider.
WebbyTemplate may assist with communication or review complaints where appropriate, but WebbyTemplate is not responsible for refunding payments made directly to a third-party partner, freelancer, agency, or service provider unless required by law or separately agreed in writing.
19. Product Purchases vs Partner or Service Provider Services
A WebbyTemplate product purchase is separate from partner or service-provider work.
For example:
- buying a template from WebbyTemplate gives the buyer product access and license rights according to the selected license;
- normal product support is governed by the Support Policy;
- custom work by a partner, freelancer, agency, or service provider is governed by the customer's separate agreement with that provider;
- refunds for product purchases are handled under WebbyTemplate's Refund Policy;
- refunds for service-provider work are handled under the provider agreement unless WebbyTemplate separately states otherwise.
Customers should not assume that purchasing a product includes custom partner, freelancer, agency, or service-provider work.
20. Privacy and Data Handling
WebbyTemplate may collect and share customer information for partner or service-provider introduction purposes as described in this policy and WebbyTemplate's Privacy Policy.
Partners, freelancers, agencies, and service providers are responsible for handling customer information according to applicable laws and their own privacy practices.
Customers should review the provider’s privacy practices before sharing sensitive information.
Partners, freelancers, agencies, and service providers must not misuse customer information, send unrelated marketing, sell customer information, or use project details for unrelated purposes without permission.
21. Confidential Information
Customers should be careful when sharing confidential business information, login credentials, private files, personal data, or sensitive project materials.
Where access credentials are required, customers should use secure methods and remove access when the project is complete.
WebbyTemplate recommends that customers:
- avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information;
- create temporary access where possible;
- use secure password-sharing methods;
- remove provider access after completion;
- keep backups before work begins;
- confirm confidentiality obligations in writing with the provider.
WebbyTemplate is not responsible for information shared directly between the customer and the provider outside WebbyTemplate’s systems.
22. Third-Party Costs and Tools
Partner or service-provider projects may require third-party costs such as:
- hosting;
- domains;
- paid plugins;
- paid themes;
- stock images;
- fonts;
- apps;
- APIs;
- software licenses;
- subscriptions;
- payment gateways;
- marketing tools;
- other third-party services.
Unless clearly included in the provider's quote, these costs may be separate.
Customers should confirm who is responsible for third-party costs before work begins.
23. No Employment, Agency, Partnership, or Representative Relationship
Nothing in this policy creates an employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, legal partnership, or representative relationship between WebbyTemplate and a partner, freelancer, agency, or service provider.
The terms "partner," "freelancer," "agency," and "service provider" mean independent third-party service providers that WebbyTemplate may suggest or introduce. They are not legally part of WebbyTemplate.
24. Misuse of Partner & Service Provider Introductions
Users and providers must not misuse the partner or service-provider introduction process.
Prohibited activity includes:
- submitting fake project requests;
- impersonating a customer;
- impersonating a partner, freelancer, agency, or service provider;
- claiming false association with WebbyTemplate;
- spamming customers;
- using introductions for unrelated marketing;
- requesting unnecessary sensitive information;
- making false promises;
- misleading customers about pricing or delivery;
- moving WebbyTemplate product issues into unrelated service charges;
