Author Terms & Policy
Effective Date: 18th may 2026
Last Updated: 18th may 2026
Welcome to WebbyTemplate.
These Author Terms & Policy explain the rules that apply when you apply to become an author, create an author profile, submit digital products, list products for sale, provide product support, receive earnings, request withdrawals, or otherwise participate as a seller on WebbyTemplate.
These Author Terms & Policy apply in addition to WebbyTemplate’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy product guidelines, Help Center articles, and any other marketplace rules published by WebbyTemplate.
By applying as an author, creating an author account, submitting products, uploading files, requesting payouts, or continuing to participate in the WebbyTemplate marketplace, you agree to these Author Terms & Policy.
1. About WebbyTemplate’s Marketplace
WebbyTemplate is a digital marketplace where buyers can discover and purchase digital products, and approved authors can submit and sell digital products through the platform.
Products may include templates, themes, UI kits, website templates, plugins, presentations, illustrations, photos, design assets, code-based products, and other approved digital items.
WebbyTemplate may review, approve, reject, suspend, remove, edit, disable, or request changes to any product, listing, author account, file, preview, description, or marketplace feature for quality, legal, technical, operational, security, policy, or marketplace reasons.
Approval of a product does not mean WebbyTemplate guarantees that the product is error-free, suitable for every buyer, compatible with every environment, or legally compliant in every jurisdiction. Authors remain responsible for the products they submit.
2. Author Eligibility
To become an author on WebbyTemplate, you must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- be legally able to enter into a binding agreement;
- provide accurate, current, and complete account information;
- own or have valid rights to all products, files, assets, previews, documentation, and content you submit;
- comply with WebbyTemplate’s marketplace policies;
- provide required verification, tax, payout, or compliance information when requested;
- maintain a valid email address and author account information;
- use the platform honestly and lawfully.
WebbyTemplate may approve, reject, verify, restrict, suspend, or terminate author accounts at its discretion.
Submitting an author application or creating an author profile does not guarantee approval of products or continued participation in the marketplace.
3. Author Onboarding and Profile Setup
Authors may be required to complete onboarding before submitting products for review.
During onboarding, WebbyTemplate may collect profile and account information such as:
- profile name;
- username;
- profile image;
- author bio;
- first name and last name;
- email address;
- country;
- mobile number;
- payout details;
- other account, verification, or marketplace information.
Public profile information, such as profile name, username, profile image, and bio, may be displayed on WebbyTemplate to help buyers recognize and trust the author’s work.
Private account details, such as legal name, email address, country, mobile number, and payout details, may be used for account security, author communication, support, verification, legal compliance, payout processing, and important notifications.
Authors must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
4. Author Account Responsibilities
Authors are responsible for all activity under their author account.
You agree to:
- keep your login details secure;
- provide accurate author profile and payout information;
- keep product details updated;
- respond to marketplace, support, legal, or verification requests within a reasonable time;
- avoid misleading, false, copied, or infringing submissions;
- comply with all applicable laws, tax rules, platform rules, and third-party license terms;
- notify WebbyTemplate immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
You may not create multiple author accounts to avoid policy enforcement, manipulate marketplace activity, bypass payout rules, or mislead WebbyTemplate or users.
5. Product Submission and Review
All products submitted by authors are subject to WebbyTemplate’s review and approval process before publication.
During product submission, authors may be asked to provide details such as:
- product title;
- short name;
- product description or detailed description;
- live demo link;
- product ZIP file;
- product category;
- file format;
- compatible software, platform, or version information;
- product tags;
- suggested pricing;
- product images;
- grid or preview images;
- related product information;
- exclusivity or selling preference information.
WebbyTemplate may review:
- product originality;
- design quality;
- code quality;
- usability;
- documentation;
- file structure;
- product previews;
- product description accuracy;
- compatibility information;
- pricing suitability;
- licensing and ownership claims;
- security and malware risks;
- marketplace suitability.
WebbyTemplate may approve, reject, request changes, delay publication, remove, or disable any product at its discretion.
If WebbyTemplate requests changes, the author may need to revise and resubmit the product before it can be approved or republished.
6. Product Statuses
Author products may show different statuses in the Author Dashboard.
These may include:
- Authorized;
- Pending Review;
- Under Review;
- Declined;
- Published;
- Disabled;
- Removed;
- or other statuses used by WebbyTemplate.
A product status is provided for author visibility and marketplace workflow. WebbyTemplate may update product status based on review outcome, quality checks, policy compliance, buyer complaints, refunds, legal concerns, or operational needs.
If a product is declined, WebbyTemplate may provide a reason or review note where appropriate. Authors may be allowed to edit and resubmit the product, depending on the issue.
7. Product Quality Standards
Authors must submit products that are complete, functional, safe, and accurately represented.
Products should include, where applicable:
- clean and organized files;
- clear documentation or setup instructions;
- accurate product descriptions;
- accurate previews, screenshots, or demos;
- compatibility details;
- version information;
- license information for included third-party assets;
- support information;
- update notes where relevant.
Products must not be broken, incomplete, misleading, unsafe, copied, stolen, or materially different from their description.
WebbyTemplate may remove or suspend products that create buyer complaints, refund issues, legal concerns, support problems, security risks, or marketplace quality issues.
8. Product Files, Images, and Upload Requirements
Authors are responsible for submitting correct and usable product files.
WebbyTemplate may set technical requirements for uploads, including file type, file size, image dimensions, naming rules, ZIP file structure, screenshots, preview images, and documentation.
Authors must ensure that uploaded files:
- are complete and functional;
- match the product description;
- do not contain malware or harmful code;
- do not contain unauthorized third-party assets;
- are organized in a buyer-friendly way;
- include required documentation where applicable.
WebbyTemplate may reject, remove, or request replacement files if product files are corrupted, incomplete, unsafe, inaccurate, too large, wrongly formatted, or unsuitable for marketplace distribution.
9. Product Ownership and Intellectual Property
Authors retain ownership of the original intellectual property they submit to WebbyTemplate, subject to the rights granted to WebbyTemplate and buyers under these Author Terms & Policy and applicable product license terms.
By submitting a product to WebbyTemplate, you represent and warrant that:
- you own the product or have all required rights to sell and license it;
- the product does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, design, database, trade secret, or other third-party rights;
- all third-party assets, fonts, plugins, libraries, images, icons, videos, audio files, code, and other materials are properly licensed;
- you have the right to allow WebbyTemplate to host, display, market, sell, deliver, and support the product through the marketplace;
- the product does not contain malware, harmful code, spyware, hidden tracking, unauthorized data collection, or security threats;
- the product does not violate applicable law or WebbyTemplate policies.
Authors are responsible for resolving any intellectual property complaints, license disputes, or third-party claims related to their products.
10. License Granted to WebbyTemplate
By submitting a product, product file, preview, screenshot, demo, description, logo, documentation, or related content to WebbyTemplate, you grant WebbyTemplate a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- host and store the submitted content;
- review and test the product;
- display the product listing;
- use previews, screenshots, demos, and descriptions for marketing;
- sell and deliver the product to buyers;
- provide access to purchased files;
- process updates and downloads;
- manage product reviews;
- provide buyer and author support;
- promote the product on WebbyTemplate and related marketing channels;
- use the content for marketplace operations, customer support, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute handling.
This license continues for as long as necessary to operate the marketplace, support buyers, maintain purchase records, process refunds or chargebacks, comply with legal obligations, and provide valid access to users who purchased the product during its listing period.
11. Buyer License Rights
When a buyer purchases a product on WebbyTemplate, the buyer receives a limited license to use the product according to WebbyTemplate’s Terms & Conditions, applicable license rules, product page details, invoice details, and any product-specific terms.
A sale on WebbyTemplate does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to the buyer.
Authors must not offer products on WebbyTemplate unless they have the rights needed to grant buyers the permitted license.
Authors may not later claim that buyers who purchased valid licenses through WebbyTemplate have no right to use the purchased product according to the applicable license terms.
12. Non-Exclusive Selling and Fair Pricing
WebbyTemplate allows authors to sell products on a non-exclusive basis.
This means authors may sell the same or similar products on their own website or other marketplaces, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
However, authors must follow WebbyTemplate’s fair pricing expectations.
Authors should not publicly offer the exact same product at a lower regular price elsewhere while listing it on WebbyTemplate. This helps protect buyer trust and marketplace fairness.
WebbyTemplate may ask authors to indicate whether a product is exclusive or non-exclusive for review or marketplace clarity. Unless WebbyTemplate separately agrees in writing, the standard revenue share remains the same regardless of exclusivity selection.
If WebbyTemplate finds unfair pricing, misleading pricing, or pricing abuse, WebbyTemplate may:
- request a price change;
- request a listing correction;
- reduce product visibility;
- pause promotions;
- decline the product;
- remove the product;
- suspend the author account;
- take other marketplace action where appropriate.
13. Product Pricing
Authors may suggest product prices during submission or product management.
WebbyTemplate may approve, reject, adjust, or request changes to product pricing based on marketplace standards, product quality, category, demand, promotions, discounts, legal requirements, taxes, technical limitations, or operational needs.
All pricing on WebbyTemplate is listed and processed in USD, unless WebbyTemplate expressly states otherwise.
WebbyTemplate may run marketplace promotions, discounts, coupons, bundles, or campaigns. Where a discount affects an author product, author earnings may be calculated based on the eligible discounted sale amount unless WebbyTemplate states otherwise.
Authors must not use misleading price claims, fake discounts, inflated original prices, or deceptive promotional language.
14. Revenue Share
WebbyTemplate uses the following standard revenue share model:
Authors receive 70% of eligible product sale revenue, and WebbyTemplate retains 30% as the platform share.
WebbyTemplate’s platform share helps cover marketplace operations, platform services, product review, payment processing, support infrastructure, security, transaction-related costs, and ongoing marketplace management.
Eligible author earnings may be affected by:
- refunds;
- cancellations;
- chargebacks;
- payment disputes;
- fraud review;
- taxes;
- payment processing fees;
- payout provider fees;
- currency or banking charges;
- discounts, coupons, or promotional adjustments;
- legal or compliance deductions;
- account corrections;
- product or policy violations;
- other applicable adjustments.
WebbyTemplate may update revenue calculations, payout rules, reporting formats, and marketplace fees from time to time. If material changes are made, WebbyTemplate may notify authors through email, dashboard notices, policy updates, or Help Center updates.
15. Earnings, Balance, and Reporting
Author earnings may be shown in the Author Dashboard, Earnings page, Statements page, or other marketplace reporting tools.
Dashboard balances, reports, and estimated earnings are provided for convenience and may be adjusted for:
- refunds;
- chargebacks;
- payment reversals;
- fraud checks;
- tax or fee corrections;
- duplicate transactions;
- payout errors;
- technical errors;
- order changes;
- manual review;
- policy enforcement.
An amount shown in the Author Dashboard does not guarantee that the amount is immediately payable.
Only available and approved earnings that meet WebbyTemplate’s payout requirements may be withdrawn.
16. Wallet Balance and Available Balance
Author wallet balance, available balance, or marketplace earnings are available for withdrawal only.
Authors cannot use wallet balance, available balance, or author earnings to purchase products on WebbyTemplate unless WebbyTemplate expressly provides such a feature in the future.
Available balance may differ from total earnings because some earnings may be pending, under review, held during the refund period, adjusted, reversed, or not yet eligible for withdrawal.
17. Earnings Hold Period
Author earnings may be held for a refund review period before becoming available for withdrawal.
WebbyTemplate may currently hold eligible earnings for up to 25 days or for the period shown in the Author Dashboard, Refund Policy, Help Center , or other marketplace instructions.
This hold allows time for:
- refund requests;
- payment review;
- fraud checks;
- chargeback risk;
- buyer disputes;
- product access verification;
- support-related review;
- transaction-related checks.
WebbyTemplate may extend, reduce, or modify the hold period where necessary for legal, technical, operational, fraud prevention, chargeback, or marketplace protection reasons.
18. Minimum Withdrawal Threshold
Authors may request a withdrawal once their available approved earnings reach at least $100 USD.
If an author’s available balance is below the minimum withdrawal threshold, the balance will remain in the author account until the threshold is reached or until WebbyTemplate allows another lawful payout option.
WebbyTemplate may change the minimum withdrawal threshold in the future by updating its policies, Help Center , or Author Dashboard instructions.
19. Withdrawal Requests
WebbyTemplate does not automatically send author payouts.
Authors must request a withdrawal from the Earnings page or another available dashboard area once their available approved balance meets the minimum withdrawal threshold.
Payouts are processed only after the author submits a withdrawal request and WebbyTemplate accepts it for processing.
WebbyTemplate may reject, delay, cancel, hold, or review a withdrawal request if there are issues related to verification, payout details, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, account activity, tax compliance, payment provider restrictions, or policy violations.
20. Payout Setup and Payout Methods
Authors may be allowed to skip payout setup during onboarding, but payouts cannot be processed until valid payout details and any required verification information are submitted and approved.
Available payout methods may include:
- PayPal;
- Bank Transfer;
- or other payout options shown in the Author Dashboard.
Availability may vary by country, verification status, payout provider, compliance review, and WebbyTemplate’s supported payout options.
WebbyTemplate does not guarantee that every payout method will be available to every author.
Authors are responsible for providing accurate payout details. WebbyTemplate is not responsible for delays, failed transfers, losses, or additional fees caused by incorrect payout information provided by the author.
Payout providers, banks, payment processors, or financial institutions may apply their own fees, rules, delays, restrictions, or verification requirements.
21. Payout Timing and Processing
After a withdrawal request is submitted, payout processing time may vary depending on:
- selected payout method;
- payout provider;
- bank processing time;
- country;
- account verification status;
- compliance review;
- fraud review;
- refund or chargeback review;
- payment provider delays;
- incorrect or incomplete payout details.
Some payout methods may take several business days to reach the author’s account.
WebbyTemplate may delay, hold, reject, reverse, offset, or adjust payouts in cases involving:
- refund requests;
- chargebacks;
- payment disputes;
- suspected fraud;
- account verification issues;
- tax or legal compliance requirements;
- intellectual property complaints;
- product quality complaints;
- support-related complaints;
- payout provider restrictions;
- incorrect payout details;
- policy violations;
- technical or accounting errors.
Exact payout timing may be explained in the Author Dashboard, Help Center, or payout-related communications.
22. Withdrawal History, Receipts, and Statements
Authors may view withdrawal history, payout records, earning records, refund adjustments, invoices, summaries, and available receipts from the Author Dashboard where such features are available.
The Statements area may show records such as:
- purchases;
- product earnings;
- payouts;
- refunds;
- refund adjustments;
- withdrawal records;
- invoice records;
- statement details;
- CSV exports;
- payout summaries.
Statement data is provided for record-keeping and may be adjusted if refunds, chargebacks, disputes, technical errors, tax adjustments, fee corrections, or accounting corrections occur.
A statement, receipt, invoice, or dashboard record does not remove WebbyTemplate’s right to correct errors or make lawful adjustments.
23. Taxes and Legal Compliance
Authors are responsible for their own tax reporting, tax payments, business registrations, licenses, accounting records, and legal compliance.
WebbyTemplate may request tax forms, identity details, business information, invoices, declarations, or other documents before approving or processing payouts.
WebbyTemplate may withhold, delay, report, or deduct amounts where required by law, payment providers, tax authorities, court orders, government requests, or compliance obligations.
Nothing in these Author Terms & Policy should be treated as tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice.
24. Refunds and Author Earnings
Because WebbyTemplate sells digital products, refunds are handled according to WebbyTemplate’s Refund Policy.
If a refund is approved for an order involving an author product, the author’s related earnings may be reduced, reversed, held, or adjusted.
Refunds may be considered in cases such as:
- duplicate purchase or duplicate payment;
- non-delivery of the product;
- corrupted, defective, incomplete, or unusable files;
- product materially not as described;
- unauthorized or fraudulent transaction;
- promised support not provided within a reasonable time;
- other cases allowed under WebbyTemplate’s Refund Policy.
WebbyTemplate may contact the author during refund review to request clarification, technical support, file review, or resolution assistance.
Authors are expected to cooperate with refund reviews and support WebbyTemplate in resolving valid buyer issues.
25. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a buyer files a chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, or fraud claim, WebbyTemplate may review the relevant order, product access, download records, support communications, payment information, and other available evidence.
During review, WebbyTemplate may:
- hold related author earnings;
- reverse related author earnings;
- suspend payout eligibility;
- request author cooperation;
- suspend product access;
- restrict or suspend the author account;
- take other reasonable action to protect the marketplace.
If the chargeback or dispute is resolved against WebbyTemplate, the related author earnings may be deducted or reversed.
Authors must not encourage buyers to misuse refunds, chargebacks, disputes, or payment systems.
26. Author Support Responsibilities
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, each WebbyTemplate purchase includes 6 months of normal author support from the purchase date.
Authors are responsible for providing reasonable support for their products during the applicable support period.
Normal support generally includes:
- answering product usage questions;
- helping buyers understand included features;
- providing guidance related to the original product description;
- assisting with installation or setup where clearly included in the product documentation;
- fixing valid bugs in the product;
- clarifying compatibility requirements;
- helping resolve issues caused by the product itself.
Normal support does not automatically include:
- custom development;
- custom design changes;
- advanced consulting;
- installation services unless expressly included;
- third-party hosting troubleshooting;
- third-party plugin, library, software, or tool troubleshooting;
- buyer-specific customization;
- teaching general coding, design, or software skills;
- support for unsupported environments;
- support after the support period ends unless separately offered.
Authors are expected to respond to support requests within 2 business days whenever reasonably possible.
Failure to provide reasonable support may result in product suspension, reduced visibility, refund approval, payout holds, account review, or account suspension.
27. Support Tickets and Communication
WebbyTemplate may provide support ticket tools for buyers, clients, authors, and marketplace users.
Support tickets may include:
- ticket number;
- product name or product ID;
- message details;
- attachments;
- ticket status;
- author responses;
- buyer or client responses;
- resolution notes.
Authors must communicate professionally and respectfully through support tickets and approved communication channels.
Authors must not:
- abuse, threaten, harass, or insult buyers;
- request payment outside WebbyTemplate for included support;
- ask buyers to bypass WebbyTemplate policies;
- request unnecessary personal information;
- use buyer information for unrelated marketing;
- share buyer data with unauthorized third parties;
- move required support conversations outside approved channels unless WebbyTemplate allows it;
- make promises that conflict with WebbyTemplate policies.
WebbyTemplate may review support communications where necessary for refund review, dispute handling, policy enforcement, support quality, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
28. Product Updates and Maintenance
Authors should keep products accurate, safe, and functional while they are actively listed on WebbyTemplate.
Authors are expected to provide updates when reasonably required, including for:
- critical bugs;
- broken files;
- security issues;
- major compatibility issues;
- incorrect documentation;
- serious product defects;
- problems that materially affect normal product use.
Authors are not required to provide unlimited new features, full redesigns, major upgrades, or custom improvements unless they choose to do so or unless separately agreed in writing.
Where updates are made available through WebbyTemplate, buyers generally receive update access for 1 year from the purchase date, unless otherwise stated on the product page or applicable policy.
Authors should not remove, replace, or materially change product files in a way that harms existing buyers without a valid reason.
29. Download and Update Access
WebbyTemplate buyers generally receive:
- 1 year of download access from the purchase date;
- 1 year of update access from the purchase date, where updates are made available;
- 6 months of normal author support, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Authors should understand that product availability, updates, and support obligations affect buyer trust and refund decisions.
If a product is removed, disabled, or no longer supported, WebbyTemplate may still need to retain records, files, order data, access logs, and support information for legal, operational, refund, chargeback, or buyer access reasons.
30. Reviews and Ratings
Buyers may be able to leave reviews or ratings for purchased products.
Reviews may be subject to moderation, authorization, or approval before becoming visible on the product page.
Authors must not manipulate reviews or ratings.
Authors may not:
- post fake reviews;
- ask others to post dishonest reviews;
- pressure buyers to remove honest reviews;
- offer improper incentives for positive ratings;
- attack or harass buyers who leave negative reviews;
- manipulate downloads, purchases, ratings, traffic, or rankings;
- use deceptive accounts or bots;
- interfere with another author’s products or listings.
WebbyTemplate may approve, reject, edit, remove, or hide reviews where necessary for moderation, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or marketplace integrity.
31. Prohibited Products and Content
Authors must not submit products or content that:
- infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, design, or other rights;

- misuse open-source, GPL, commercial, or third-party licensed assets;
- contain adult, hateful, violent, extremist, or otherwise prohibited material where restricted by WebbyTemplate;
- damage WebbyTemplate, buyers, authors, third parties, or the marketplace.
WebbyTemplate may reject, remove, disable, or report prohibited content at its discretion.
32. Third-Party Assets, Fonts, Plugins, and Licenses
If a product includes third-party assets, authors must ensure those assets are properly licensed for marketplace distribution and buyer use.
This may include:
- fonts;
- icons;
- illustrations;
- photos;
- videos;
- audio;
- code libraries;
- plugins;
- frameworks;
- templates;
- design assets;
- AI-generated content;
- open-source components.
Authors must clearly disclose any third-party requirements, separate licenses, attribution requirements, usage limits, or external dependencies where applicable.
Authors must not include third-party assets that cannot legally be redistributed through WebbyTemplate.
If a third-party license dispute arises, WebbyTemplate may remove or suspend the product and may hold or reverse related earnings.
33. Product Descriptions, Previews, and Claims
Authors must ensure product listings are accurate, honest, and not misleading.
Product descriptions, previews, screenshots, demos, and feature lists should reflect the actual product being sold.
Authors must clearly disclose:
- required software, plugins, tools, versions, or frameworks;
- compatibility limitations;
- included and excluded files;
- whether images, fonts, icons, or demo content are included;
- setup requirements;
- product dependencies;
- support limitations;
- update limitations;
- any material restrictions on product use.;
WebbyTemplate may edit, request changes to, or remove misleading product descriptions or previews.
34. Product Removal and Delisting
Authors may request product removal, but WebbyTemplate may retain copies, records, files, and data where necessary for:
- previous buyer access;
- refund review;
- chargeback handling;
- legal compliance;
- accounting records;
- tax records;
- fraud prevention;
- support history;
- marketplace security;
- dispute resolution.
WebbyTemplate may remove, suspend, or disable a product at any time for legal, quality, support, security, marketplace, technical, operational, or policy reasons.
Removing a product does not automatically remove the author’s responsibility for previous sales, refunds, disputes, support obligations, or intellectual property claims.
35. Privacy and Data Handling
Authors may receive limited buyer or support-related information only where necessary to provide product support or resolve marketplace issues.
Authors must handle any user information responsibly and only for the purpose for which it was provided.
Authors must not:
- sell user information;
- misuse buyer contact details;
- send unauthorized marketing;
- store buyer data longer than necessary;
- share buyer information with unauthorized parties;

- use support data for unrelated business purposes.
Authors must comply with WebbyTemplate’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
36. Account Suspension or Termination
WebbyTemplate may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate an author account if WebbyTemplate believes there has been:
- policy violation;
- fraud or suspected fraud;
- intellectual property infringement;
- repeated buyer complaints;
- repeated refund issues;
- poor or missing support;
- misleading product listings;
- prohibited content;
- payment or payout irregularity;
- misuse of reviews or marketplace systems;

- legal or compliance concern;
- conduct that harms buyers, authors, WebbyTemplate, or the marketplace.
During suspension or review, WebbyTemplate may hold payouts, remove products, restrict dashboard access, pause listings, or take other reasonable action.
Termination or suspension does not waive any rights or remedies available to WebbyTemplate.
37. Earnings After Suspension or Termination
If an author account is suspended or terminated, WebbyTemplate may review the author’s remaining balance before making any payout decision.
WebbyTemplate may withhold, deduct, reverse, or offset earnings for:
- refunds;
- chargebacks;
- payment disputes;
- fraud;
- intellectual property claims;
- unpaid fees;
- tax or legal obligations;
- support failures;
- policy violations;
- buyer claims;
- payout errors;
- marketplace losses caused by author misconduct.
Where lawful and appropriate, WebbyTemplate may pay remaining approved earnings after review, verification, and applicable deductions.
38. Author Warranties

40. Relationship Between Authors and WebbyTemplate
Authors are independent sellers or contributors. Nothing in these Author Terms & Policy creates an employment, agency, franchise, partnership, joint venture, or representative relationship between the author and WebbyTemplate.
Authors are not employees of WebbyTemplate.
Authors are responsible for their own taxes, legal obligations, business decisions, product quality, support obligations, and compliance responsibilities.
Authors may not represent that they are employees, agents, or official representatives of WebbyTemplate unless WebbyTemplate provides written permission.
41. Partner-Agency Services
WebbyTemplate may separately introduce users to third-party partner agencies for service-related requirements.
These Author Terms & Policy do not automatically make an author a WebbyTemplate partner agency.
If an author participates in any partner-agency, custom service, or separate business arrangement with WebbyTemplate, that arrangement may be governed by separate written terms.
Unless expressly stated in writing, WebbyTemplate only acts as an introducing platform for partner-agency services and is not responsible for the final service contract between a customer and a third-party agency.
42. Help Center and Marketplace Guidance
WebbyTemplate may publish author guidance, payout explanations, product submission instructions, support rules, download rules, review rules, and marketplace help articles in the Help Center.
Authors may refer to the Help Center at:
https://help.webbytemplate.com
Help Center articles are intended to explain processes in a practical way. If there is a conflict between Help Center guidance and these Author Terms & Policy, these Author Terms & Policy will control unless WebbyTemplate states otherwise.
43. Changes to These Author Terms & Policy
WebbyTemplate may update these Author Terms & Policy from time to time.
Updates may be made to reflect changes in:
- marketplace operations;
- payout rules;
- product categories;
- support processes;
- tax or legal requirements;
- review standards;
- platform features;
- security practices;
- refund or chargeback handling;
- business requirements.
When updates are made, WebbyTemplate will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
Continued participation as an author after the updated Author Terms & Policy are posted means you accept the updated terms.
